SCUBA Penguin

As of July, 2006, I have logged 106 dives for a total of just over 3 days (76+ hours) of dive time. I've been diving in Hawaii, the Carribean, the Red Sea, and the Andaman Sea. Our last major trip was St. Maarten in July 2006, and we're hoping to dive Egypt or some Pacific locations later this year or next. I've rated the dive shops I've gone with for your perusal. I've also got some information on an interesting dive platform - the M.S. Imagination!

I'm still diving with mostly Oceanic equipment. I've got an Oceanic Sport BCD, Oceanic Alpha regulator and octopus, and an Oceanic DataMax Sport dive computer. I also use U.S. Divers' Blades dive fins with DeepSea dive boots, a Vision mask, and I normally dive with an 1.2 millimeter plush Darlexx wetsuit made by Sports Suits of Australia (equivalent to a 3mm neoprene suit, but neutrally buoyant).

If I ever take any decent pictures, maybe those will eventually appear here, too. For now, check out Dolphin Dreams Imaging. Martina took the pictures you see here, and Jim Wing is a wonderful photographer and videographer. He's responsible for videotaping my Manta Mania dive.

If you like what you find here, please feel free to send me mail (don't forget to fix up the address).
