Free Quebec

Free Quebec was a member of the Coalition States for over 50 years, until escalating disagreements with Emperor Prosek led to their secession. Continuing to embrace human supremacist and anti-magic views, relations are strained with the Coalition. Free Quebec has secretly mustered legions of Cyborgs, Juicers, Glitter Boys and other augmented human forces.

Prime Minister James Lorne has guided Free Quebec's policy for 22 years. He led the movement for more independence from the Coalition. By supporting the development of illicit technologies to engineer super-human soldiers, he has prepared his people to fight for that independence.
